All the alledged acts of racism and vandalism have turned out to be a crock. The spitting was not spitting. There is no racism on audio that picked up EVERYTHING else. The casket was part of a prayer vigil. The bullet was fired in the air. Breitbart is offering 10k to anyone who can prove any charges against the Tea Partiers or Republicans. How about the democrats putting their money where their mouths are? Or in this case, Breitbart's money.

Yes, Bush discriminated against people for their bumper stickers too.

As you know, there has been a pattern of the White House excluding citizens from taxpayer-funded events in CO, AR, ND, and NH because of their viewpoints and then blaming it on a "volunteer." The Secret Service has confirmed that the Mystery Man was not a rogue volunteer, but rather a staffer from the event's official host committee. The Secret Service has also confirmed that we were kicked out of the event solely because of the bumper sticker on the car in which we arrived.

Ummm, He just did one-- The article where the man rammed the Obama sticker bearing car with his child in the vehicle. He even pushed the vehicle with his SUV.

He was charged with a Felony.

Of course people should have the right to say what they want, and if you commit violence, it's your own fault, but the talk shows on the right, ever since Obama was elected, have constantly repeated the same themes, Obama is an outsider, not a citizen, not eligible to be president, a Muslim pretending to be Christian, conflating him with 1960's terrorist acts, that he is a Marxist, Socialist, Communist, Statist, (and a Nazi), an enemy of Israel, weak on terrorism, that he's ruining the country, that the failing economy is his fault, that he wants to take your guns away, that he wants to abort your babies, he wants to kill your grandmother, that he's appointing czars like Communist Russia, even that he wants to send your children to a liberal re-education concentration camp!

The tactics used by both sides have become quite discomforting. You may say they are instigating and there may be some evidence that it is true, it really doesn't matter. Their speech is protected, and while I disagree with the message, I will defend the right to state their opinion.

What I do not like is the fights we saw last summer, at Carrnahans' (sp?) St. Louis town hall, for example. I believe it was the SEIU man that was arrested for assault. However, this kind of behavior goes on everyday, healthcare just happens to be the hip thing to vent on currently.

Conservative talk radio has not lied about Obama. But what about when W was prez and the left called for his assassination? Called him a war criminal? Called him every name in the book. Called him a stupid/drunk/cokehead. Called his daughters drunken whores. Called his wife a murderer. They were despicable. Obama is getting off easy compared to what liberals did to W.

There were also made a couple of movies about assassinating Bush. CNN gave one of them 3 stars.

Or that GW Bush did cocaine?

You do not have to like or dislike the man -- but I think sticking to demonstrated and actual facts might be helpful.

Otherwise, you're just slinging mud.

His daughters were just typical teens, but he did coke for sure, and the decision to overthrow Iraq was made way before he became president.

GW's problems with alcohol are on the record. I'm unaware of any evidence of cocaine use that would stand up court, but as a spoiled rich kid in the seventies who really liked to party, I'd be very surprised if he hadn't used it at least once. I find rumors of his having had a coke habit very plausible, and really unimportant. Unless it was somehow the cause of his megalomania.

Ah. It could be premeditated or a tragic accident.

Since no charges were filed and there's no presumption of murder -- we must assume tragic accident.
If this is the case, rubbing salt in the wound seems to be very poor taste.

I questioned the coke use.
Whether you find it plausible carries less weight than anecdotal evidence.

I'm sure we can ALL list folks we encounter we gotta figure MUST be smokin' some really funny stuff... Even when they aren't.

Again, unless it's an issue worthy of attention, such as his arrest over cocaine, then I see it as a moot point.

IF folks are going to attack a politician, they should address what he does in office that causes harm or benefits the nation.

Slinging mud only makes all slingers the same, no matter where they are scooping up their mud.

It's funny how Obama completely avoided this by being honest and saying he has tried cocaine.
