People should never display affection in public. It should be private.
 
This thread shows that people want to be silo'd off from reality to varying degrees. I wonder where people would choose to live if they could pick geographies with varying levels of siloing (or absence of).

I agree. But what about when that "cute and natural" show of affection turns towards "mildly pornographic displays of affection"? For me, those are definitely two different things altogether.

The boundary is extremely subjective, ask someone in India and then in NY.
In either case neither of those affection shows bother me.
 
It is remarkable that on a forum such as this it would appear to be in order to discuss the size of a man's penis to the extent of pondering the possibilty of publishing photos to entertain us, which has happened before, while it is nevertheless forbidden to expect to be told what the member's real World name and address would be. (pun intended)

Wise words about affection and open exposure would be a good deal more convincing if those thus concerned were so brave as to set the example in that respect.

Perhaps I missed that.

Extremes of hypocrisy are amusing enough as such, except for the danger to take it for more than that.
