I agree. What he did was legal for where he was at. But it states in the employee handbook that you will be fired for a positive piss test.
I know he got a lawyer, but how it turned out.....:shrug:
Ah, good. We can agree on something on this issue.
My guess is they wanted to fire him - for good reasons or bad ones, who knows - and figured they had a chance here to catch him on paper, rather than having to get into the hazy interpretive world of performance or staff relations analysis.
