What are you talking about? Democracy IS a version of government. What is a version of democracy?

Islam and democracy will never be compatible. No religion and government will ever be compatible.

That makes no sense. If they are not compatible, then there will never be freedom of religion.

standarizing religion is the worst step you take with democracy.

Agree, when you remove religion out of the equation, but when you combine religion with government, then gays will be stoned to death and have no say otherwise.

Maybe you should read the constitution before you speak of democracy. Freedom of speech for instance will be violated a million time if religion is combined with government. Imajine what would happen if someone decided not to believe in god, in god's law they are condemned to fire, so in an Islamic state, the government becomes god and throws all Atheists in a pool of fire.

Yes there can be freedom of religion. If the government says your religions is up to you and you can do it to a certain extent where you don't enfringe on others, then why not.
