This is where the argument has long failed in the United States of America.

My question to you, since you want to make this about cultures ("Oh no they should be open minded and let the west dictate them the morality") is simple enough: Why is consent in sexual congress unimportant to you?

You cannot advocate or even grant credibility to such arguments as you quoted without accepting the prerequisite that consent is somehow irrelevant to sexual congress.

In other words, sir: Why are you a rape advocate?

No, really, I would like to know.

Yeah, lots of discrimination against same-sex attractions and eunuchs in India. Even though the evaluative status of the general subject is unclear or context-dependent in religio-philosophic texts. "'Twice-born' Hindus are prohibited from homosexual acts" [Manusmrti], but the Kama Sutra gives a ringing endorsement to the acts themselves. Almost a vague Lot/Sodom parallel, too, where Brahma became timid and fled from a group of demons he created which later wanted sex from him [Srimad Bhagavatam]. Now that's some odd Victor Frankenstein turnaround stuff there, when it comes to a god. Of course, mention of any negative influences from a lingering minority of Islamic folk would be unnecessary...

In ancient Greece and Rome, homosexual practices were commonplace and the social distinction between homosexuals and heterosexuals wasn't as explicit as in modern Western societies, so it may not be as clear who was 'a homosexual' and who wasn't.

If it helps, we can add Alan Turing to the list of sissy dancers... lol!

human were written to treat with respect every human , I don't believe homosexual acts were in mind ,but to treat prisoners humanly. Homosexuals have sequestered the right for their own objective

By the same argument I have rights to dislike and to discriminate against whom ever I choose . Those are my rights and no one can take away my rights, yet in actual practice the government will dictate to me what can I go and what I can not do by penalizing me . So what those rights ? it gets back to the stronger impose its will upon the weaker.

In the USA you are free to express yourself, and privately discriminate. But human rights are not on your side.
