The only thing that interest me about this entire conflict.

Is how did America manage to blackmail, bride, sucker or threaten Blair into becoming such a good puppy.

An obedient english puppy.
 
...and threaten to take those treats away if he doen't behave like a good little puppy. Either that or else Bush has some compromising photos of Blair's wife.

What about the German Shephard ? Still the wussy french poodle has more bite than the Shephard for being a permanent member of the security council and being able to cast an unsuspected veto at the kingpin, how did this poodle ever came to play with the topdogs anyway?

Ok here want it spelled out? Americas GDP is larger then all the G8s combined We can crush a country by simply not trading with it. We have the largest army. We have the best military in the history of the world PERIOD! No country has liberated more people from tyranny then the USA.

...let me explain it. The nation that's aided you in two world wars or the nation that's got you sucked into two world wars because it couldn't take care of business. The most powerful nation in the world or the nation that was the most powerful nation in the world two centuries ago.
 
Or maybe, just maybe our Engish allies are doing what they consider to be the right thing? Despite what you might think not all American-spawned definitions are based around baby-eating and midless destruction. Maybe they see that and arent blinded by anti-american sentiment.

Why need to send troops to iraq if not trading with iraq would have done the job???

A yes, a large GDP, how much do you get of it lately? and I hear the trade deficit is catching up nicely with the GDP.

At this moment the best the USA can boast is a powerfull army, but so did the Romans before their empire collapsed due to internal corruption...

Cheese and wine doesn't sound that bad suddenly...

Its still better then the rest of the g8 combined.

The Romans also were the great civilization for over 1,000 years so lets see USA has about 800 more to go.

America needn't go back to Lebanon to find sufficient trouble. Iraq is mirroring 1970s Lebanon right now, well on the way to a bloody civil war. And I wouldn't be surprised if several hundred Marines are now being billeted closely together in some vulnerable building in Iraq.
