How can Evolution explain the existence of Dragons?

This is the Greek/Mesopotamian archetype of the dragon, which spread throughout Europe and the Middle East with Roman, Byzantine and Persian culture. The East Asian version is much different: wise and beneficent. To be called a lung (dragon) in Chinese is a high compliment. To kill one would be unutterably shameful.

The difference has to do with eastern and western philosophy applied to the same projection. The west is about the ego self (extroverted) while the east attempts to lose the ego in favor of the inner self (introversion). The dragon as the projection of the unconscious mind is the gateway to the inner self, while the inner self is the antagonist for the western ego.

In western traditions, the dragon is often associated with Satan which is the taboo that requires its avoidance or elimination. But in the east the dragon is a positive things since it indicates the entrance to the unconscious; power and strength.

A better question, GagaBoy95: How can Dragons explain the existence of Evolution? They can't talk or write, correct? So how would they do it?
