Hi,
a friend of mine who is learning in the USA made a curious guess on why most Americans are fat.

She says that you put genetically altered growth hormones in most of your meat and corn.
She also observed that most Americans are fat in the midle, but have normalish legs and top.
She also remarked that the farm animal body parts you mostly buy for consumption [I don't eat meat] are exactly those that are observed to be fat in Americans.

So, to put it all together, her guess is that you are getting fat from the growth hormones that your food is full of.

She also thanked the gods almighty that your genetically altered food is forbidden to be imported in to the EU.

What say you, is it biologically possible?

What about eating like pigs...would that account for some of this American obesity or is it all hormones?

What about eating like pigs? Like oh my god. No way. It's like so unhealthy. You should like eat healthier or something.

What about eating pigs? Beef isn't much leaner than pork. And some cuts of pork are leaner than others. Eating a pork chop or tenderloin will be a bit healthier than eating a bag of pork rinds or a pound of bacon.

"Most???" Just how large has your sample been? I know hundreds of them and only a very few are arrogant - I'd say about 10% or less. :shrug:
