It looks an awful lot like it, but I don't think so. The antennae don't fit..
I believe it is this disgusting, toxic bug. It hijacks the lovely honey bee.

I agree that looks a lot like it, but the antennae of the beetle in your picture are thickened at the tip.
Those of the Black Blister Beetle do not and, instead, even seem to thin somewhat towards the tip.

They ant thickined at the tip... but that they apear to be is jus a phenominon of close-up photography an the tips of the antenna bein closer to the camera lense.!!!
