Orleander, you firstly have to save the pic (to your hard disk), rename it, then upload it, for example in imageshack, so that people will not be able to guess it easily from the image properties (link address).
Because they can Just by right-clicking the image, the name is shown. Like the image that you posted above, I can see the name is "star nose".and why would they open the image properties?
