exploring time and what it really is

Hello all

Time is/has a rate. Rates do not have a past or future (no time travel). However, rates can be variable (GR and SR). Mass and how it interacts (this is the big question) with space will affect the "time rate" that said mass experiences. This is as simple (and/or complex) as it gets.

:)

yes

no

since space has no substance associated with it , within it and of its self

so what affects mass and the time /rate is the energy/matter in a said space

Mass is related to matter (and indirectly to energy).
So no.

Hello all

Time is/has a rate.

Time is a concept that describes a rate.

Like air you can't actually see time, but unlike air, you can't condense it. It is not a solid liquid or gas, it is only a concept that is within human existence.

Like length?
