Dislike the U.S.A. ?

IMO the reason most countries are poor is culture. We can see this happening now to the USA and AU - even Japan. Ever meet a GenY before? ;)
 
greed is good right? too bad it ignores the amount of money saved by vollies ect.
 
No, greed may not be good. That said, culture is the primary determinant as to whether or not people are wealthy. Take Singapore versus Malaysia as an example.
