Did god make hell?

Satan is a character that used to be an angel, but got rebellious, wanted power, etc. So, he could not endure in heaven with God and the rest, he had to have a space of his own. That's how hell appeared. Hell's qualities evolved, somehow. That's the religious version.

Aside from that, I agree that hell and all sorts of similar religious threats were made to keep people in proper behavior.

The reality of the system we live in demonstrates clearly that it is impossible for a god to exist that rules us from above. There is no god; there is no deity.

Nor is there a god in the form of a star, or a planet, or a galaxy, or a constellation, and neither can there ever be. To believe in such things would be an immense deception!

We are here living in this dimension to fulfill our basic “servitude” (abdiyat) by actualizing that which is required by the expression of the meanings of Allah’s names through ourselves.

The facts about the system by which our life’s dimension is governed are as follows:

The solar system and our earth that is part of it, and the humans who dwell on the earth…

We humans are beings that “Allah” has formed and created with Hu’s own qualities according to Hu’s will!

“Allah” molded Hu's own qualities within each human being in a manner that would ensure that those qualities would unfold through our brains as Hu wished.

Humans who assume themselves to be merely bodies of flesh and bone, and who live their lives as controlled by temporal desires, will have to suffer countless afflictions and torments as a result of their such lifestyles, given that they lead all their lives so.

On the other hand, those humans who have faith in the person who has announced us the supreme peculiarities of humanity, will ultimately reach a life of infinite beauties where they will be adorned with divine qualities and properties, provided that they properly carry out the practices that enable them to unfold and experience these qualities within themselves.

So, either an environment of endless torment awaits you as a result of your life on CONJECTURING yourself as a mere physical body of flesh and bones, which will eventually rot away in fact; or an eternal environment of peace and pleasure awaits you in which you will live out the beautiful outcome of understanding, finding and expressing the divine qualities and properties within yourself.

Therefore, hell is a place on spiritual plane as an equivalent of our state of mind. As long as we act upon the belief that we are mere physical bodies of flesh and bones we are inside the hell even now (as the world is inside the solar system). We may only save ourselves from its gravity and pass through it if we can quit idenitfying ourselves with physical bodies, and then experience that we are spiritual beings having a human experience adorned with what we recognize as divine qualities and properties, and express them properly from within ourselves.

could you explain your reasoning, as i am bewildered by it, how can you talk like an atheist, in one breath, and in the other breath a muslim.

Islam does not urge us to believe in a god ruling the world from above. On the contrary, it informs us that any version of god is invalid, but what is referred to as Allah must be understood properly.

Unfortunately, Western world has been fed for many many years with various understandings of Muslimisms based on many false misinterpretations away from the basic points of Mohammed's (pbuh) teachings as if they represented Islam, that today when we put forth the explanations of the most credible authors of Islam, most of whom are Sufi spiritual masters, or explain the hadithes of RasulAllah in parallel to scientific findings, they are greeted with amazement and even sometimes by denial.

Because, Islam is thought to be peoples' Muslimism. Yet, Islam is not peoples Muslimism. Muslimisms are only what has been understood of Islam, which may change from place to place and from time to time. But Islam is the origin and does not change as it explains the laws of the universal System that we all are subject to whether we believe in them or not! We need to understand Islam, not waste our times with peoples Muslimisms that have often been blended with various social conditionings and coments of different communities.

When it is studied from original sources, it is even seen that Islam is not another religion that came in addition to many others before. It is the title given to the teachings of all prophets since the beginning, who confirmed each other and made explanations accourding to the conditions in their environments. The rest is peoples' comments of that same one religion based on their understanding capacities and conditions of life.

Therefore, when I brought up on this forum several matters from the perspective of well-known Islamic authors --of whom most are Sufi spiritual masters including Hazrat Ali and Ebu Bakr, two of closest companions of Mohammed (pbuh)--, many forum participants including Muslims living in the west were confused same as you.

The last example of them is that when I replied this thread saying "What is signified as Hell in holy scriptures is nowhere other than the 'Sun' where the world will finally fall and melt away", it was not even given any response, simply because it was so far away from the peoples' imagination of hell they had created in their minds.

Yet, the person who explained us the hell, that is RasulAllah Mohammed (pbuh), has in many of his hadithes implied and clarified that hell is the sun, that will be brought near to our world on the Doomsday. Only in the past century science explained that the sun will turn to a giant fire ball in about 4,5 billion years when it consumed most of its Hydrogen and will extend its size to the orbits of 4 planets including Mercury, Venus, earth and Mars, and swallow them, so they will be melted away and completely deleted from our universe.

Allah can only create something if it has a WILL of it's own. Hence the term "allah willing". Allah thinks, therefore it is alone...apart from anything else.

I rest my case.

PS...Why is islam so confusing even among muslims? Some muslims think "this" and some muslims think "that". Even they can't agree with eachother. Sounds like the different sects of christianity.

You need to tell apart "Islam" from "Muslimisms"!

Islam is not confusing. Islam is firm and one.

However, Muslimisms are many, changing from place to place. It is peoples' Muslimism that may be confusing, because they are based on interpretations. And the reason to be confused maybe that you judge Islam by looking at the peoples Muslimisms.

We all should understand this logic:

One cannot learn Islam by looking at peoples Muslimisms. The only way to learn Islam is by understanding the messages in the Koran and in the teachings of RasulAllah Mohammed (pbuh). And the fountainhead of Islamic sciences is to know what is referred to as 'Allah'. 'cause Islam is completely based on the understanding the concept 'ALLAH'.

Therefore, no teaching that does not lead you to think of and consider ALLAH, is in connection with Islam.
