the first 2 of them seem to be about POST OP complications (of course the blood can clot post op), the third is about atrial fribulation

The search turns up a lot of articles that mention that the replacement valve can cause clotting. It's a well-known problem that they've been working on. It's not just the material but the way the valve opens and closes, and the disturbance in flow caused by the valve.
