Yes. Whites are soo oppressed and downtrodden the world over. Denied jobs and housing, racially profiled in the malls, airports, restaurants, forced by society into abject poverty and denied healthcare options. Nah, there are plenty of non-whites who are more abused. But that doesn't mean that individual whites (men or women) may not face prejudice, or that such prejudice shouldn't be fought against.
Prejudice of any sort is ultimately harmful.
One could say that since anti-black racism is currently more harmful, more effort should probably be devoted to that. Probably true if the effort you're talking about is holding solidarity marches or suchlike. But if you're talking about a personal effort to express tolerance, that should be something you can do towards everyone equally.

Oh gee, when whites start setting off bombs, flying planes into buildings and generally causing as much crime as blacks (per capita) I'm sure they'll be profiled just as much. As it is we have old ladies and Al Gore being screened at the airport because our governments wish to impose divershitty on us. At the same time they leave the Mexico border wide open.

Many whites are oppressed, you act like there are not homeless men who are white. You have to understand, white is not a real race, it's not even a real skin color, it's a political tool. This tool divides the poor against the poor.
So go ahead, keep fighting your brother over stupid stuff like skin tone, this is as dumb as fighting over voice tone, or hair color, but since people hate each other they need any excuse to fight each other and the easiest thing to pick a fight over is what you can see with your eyes.
So, a person trying to pick a fight will ask you "What color is your skin?", because the only reason anyone could ever ask you that question, is one of two, either they are trying to sell you some sunscreen or cosmetic product to protect your skin, or they are looking for an exuse to hate you.
This is equal to asking a woman how much she weighs and what her breast size is, now, there are only two possible reasons to ask. Either you are horny and looking to fantasize about her, or you are looking for an excuse to hate her. The same way thin people who hate people who arent thin enough, you have white people who hate people who arent white enough, and so on.
To me, this is all stupid. If someone is going to hate, let it be for a valid reason, something rational like person X burned your house down and made you lose hundreds of thousands of dollars, or person Y threatened your family, but really why hate a person simply because of how they look? They arent pretty enough for you?
This sorta thinking makes me wonder what sorta parent such a shallow individual would make, would they hate their child for not being pretty enough? Would they look at their child and leave it in the dumpster? Many people do this, and these are the nicer ones, you have the others who drown their babies in the bathtubs, and people who murder their own children to be with some man.

Most people judge by what they see, because the light reaches their eyes before the sound reaches their ears, and even then you have a lot of people who don't care what the person says as long as their voice sounds good, and they don't care what the person does as long as the person looks good while doing it.
Now think carefully, why do you have a media like this? Because you can sell anything to these sorts of people as long as you have attractive people selling it. Make sure these people look right, sound right, and they can do whatever the hell they want, at least they look pretty.
And that is the definition of beautifully ugly.
