drug use shouldnt ever be a criminal issue, it should always be concidered a health issue. Though i admit i wouldnt want to treat a heroin od road side without police backup but after the pt stablisies (and is safe) the police should leave it to the health sector rather than the legal sector to treat the adict
I heard today that Fritzl, the Austrian Cellar Fiend,
says he locked up his daughter for 24 years because he wanted to protect her from a life of alcohol and partying. Hey Brown, at least you are going to get one vote!
(Though he's in Austria not the UK, and he won't be allowed to vote. Scrub last remark)

If drugs were made availale through legal sources, there would be a huge number of benefits. Everyone knows this. There is such hypocrisy that it beggars belief.
Take drink. There is a huge problem with young women drinking excessively.
One simple solution I have heard is to clearly mark the number of Calories on each bottle.
The likelihood of this happening. Zero.
