There I agree. I have only one addition to that statement. You must amend it to note the absence of the U.S. in that category. You see the U.S. used to have welfare until Clinton killed it and replaced it with slavery run by corporations such as Lockheed Martin. As for compensation there are the crumbs they call disability (for 2 years) and unemployment (the unlivable wage).
You see the U.S. pays lip service to the welfare state, but doesn't really have the programs to back it up. What's worse is that most of these programs are dumped on the state, a burden wholly unrealistic in any budget condition.
