Hmm. Nothing I've seen about Amenhotep IV/Akhenaten leads me to think he had Froelich's Syndrome. Particularly what images we have of him and his successfull marriages with his greater wife Nefertiti with 6 daughters and lesser wife Kiya with 2 sons, as well as taking 3 of his daughters and possibly his mother as consorts.
Also far as we know he died in office and was possibly succeeded by one of his wives for a while before being succeeded by his son Tutankhaten/Tutankhamun.
