Zacarias Moussaoui will be also sentenced to death using the "defense lawyer" framework explained below, as he "surprisingly" "testified" at his sentencing trial today that "he knew about the terrorist group's plan to crash airplanes into the World Trade Center".

How is it possible that the End Times Prophet was the only one to explain the script in May 2001 (Timothy McVeigh)... and five years later, he still is?

Convicted Sept. 11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui says he lied on the witness stand about being involved in the plot and wants to withdraw his guilty plea because he now believes he can get a fair trial.

In a motion filed Friday but released today, Moussaoui said he testified March 27 he was supposed to hijack a fifth plane on Sept. 11, 2001, and fly it into the White House "even though I knew that was a complete fabrication."

Moussaoui's court-appointed lawyers told the court they filed the motion even though a federal rule "prohibits a defendant from withdrawing a guilty plea after imposition of sentence." They did so anyway because of their "problematic relationship with Moussaoui" and the fact that new lawyers have yet to be appointed to replace them.

The FBI infiltrates extremist organizations all the time. I wouldn't be surprised if they knew about McVeigh. Of course Nichols would think the agent was on their side, that's what they do.

Yeah, but they can't do anything about plans for blowing up anything because you fuckin' liberals would just let 'em all go as soon as they got to trial anyway. And the ACLU would not only pay for the defense attorneys, but would also hound the FBI for violating the terrorist's civil-fuckin'-rights!

So the FBI has to actually let the terrorists do something, then they can pick 'em up. And even if they do pick up someone for planning attacks, none of y'all will believe the FBI or cops anyway, so why bother?

I meant that you doubt the ability of the FBI to collect evidence and present a successful case within the bounds of the law.

Yeah, I do. But it's not their personal abillity, it's the ever-increasing restraints on their investigative procedures, it's a wonder that they can do any investigating at all.
