These people are clearly insane.
To think that the Earth is 6,000 to 10,000 years old is quite clearly mad.
I've read a lot about this recently (mainly via the talk origins website), and I've been sitting here open mouthed reading about them. I simply can't believe they can continue to peddle these ridiculous ideas.
I think the idea of creationalism is bad enough, but at least I can see where people are coming from. This young earth theory is absolute madness. How these people can ignore the widespread indisputable evidence is beyond me.
In fact, it appears that most mainstream Christian denounce these idiots.
