Serious threat to the world’s drinking water:

According to sources within the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), high concentrations of the contaminant dihydrogen monoxide (DHM) have been found in drinking water throughout the US and globally.

Some facts about dihydrogen monoxide:
- DHM is odorless and tasteless, making it extremely hard to isolate
- DHM is commonly used as an industrial solvent
- DHM is used as a coolant in nuclear power plants
- DHM is used in strip mining
- When contaminants such as lead, PCBs, and insecticides are found in drinking water, DHM is always present
- People who drink large quantities of water often have very high concentrations of DHM in their urine, sweat, and saliva
- DHM can cause coughing, difficulty breathing, and even death if inhaled
- DHM in pure form has been shown to cause tumors when injected into laboratory rats
- DHM is a known waste product from burning hydrocarbon fuels – and even Low Emissions Vehicles spew it into the atmosphere in uncontrolled amounts
- DHM can act as a greenhouse gas
- Every major body of water is contaminated with DHM
- DHM has been found in the polar icecaps
- No known water filtration technology can remove DHM – even bottled water shows high concentrations of this chemical

What can we do?

Contact your local elected officials and demand to know their position on DHM contamination. Ask them why there are so few laws restricting the use of this chemical near waterways and residential areas. Let them know that you’re concerned and that their positions on this vital matter will influence your vote and those of your friends.

Don't know that stuff actually so you should have posted it somewhere in biology or something :)

:( This is no joking matter! Why the other day, my doctor informed me that they had found blood in my alcohol, another sure sign of dihydrogen monoxide poisoning!
