My prediction: there will be twice as many ties as are predicted above, including at least one 0 - 0.
 
Heh, I made my predictions long before the tournament. Some not so good as the others.
The only important ones were:
England 1-1 USA
England 4-1 Algeria
England 2-1 Slovenia

England top the group on goal difference ahead of USA.
 
only 5 hours to go, everybody here tries to watch the game ... unfortunatly some have to work. i´ll pick my friends up at 13.00 and then i hope we´ll see a nice game. surely no 4:0 again, but i´m pretty sure there´s a good chance for a win.

my guess : 3:1 for germany :cool:

They did play well but we (Australia) did everything possible to make them look good, we were missing in action.

I'm backing Cote D'ivoire. Dark horses for sure but they have a certain self belief which is hard to ignore....get Drogba out there!!
 
Mexico looked great, and that guy Hernandez that came on, I can see why Man Utd have signed him.

Shame about France, not the team or the coach but I do feel for the fans. I think France need to beat South Africa by 3 goals and hope Uruguay beat Mexico by 2 goals for France to go through to the next round.
Tall order.
