Well I was really rooting for Germany but since they're out I'll just root for Spain.

In the past week I have seen three successful dives - faked physical contacts or lack of them, involving operatic histrionics and pretend pain and appeals to officials - during baseball games!
This World Cup cannot end too soon, and its influence subside. I was going to be tolerant, but this is hitting close to home, and home plate.

:wtf: Umm, the World Cup is Football(soccer). You might be thinking of the World Series.
The soccer game is often played over locally scheduled baseball games. It sucks. We have to watch a bunch of prissy girls prance about a field screaming "Hazza" at every little knick. We could be watching an actual sport, Baseball.
Really hoping for a Holland win on Sunday, about time they won it.

Pfft. Baseball is played mostly in one country. Football is played all over the world. And it takes more skill, more agility, more endurance then baseball.
The rest of the world should not exist. America is the only country worth existing.

What? I think that every country sucks but America and sometimes i don't get why they keep trying.
But the US already shifted away from those places for cheap labor cause it ain't cheap there since, well, sharecropper days. And clearly feeling superior to people from those states is not satisfying enough for most americans.
