Word Searches in the Bible

Several decades ago I had to do it all with books of lists
of words found in the bible. Like Strongs concordance.
With computers the searching is much faster and much more thorough.

Start with a base word, or several base words to use in your search.
Such as "demon", or "demons", with other words that are similar also;
devil, resistor, deceiver, slanderer, and so on.

Using this method of searching the bible you can learn about what it
says on certain words and topics. Often you will have to use words
of similar meaning to discover other bible passages you would have
missed with just one word. :cool:

Using this method will greatly increase your understanding of what
the bible really says about something. It is also fun to see what your
bible cross references give you compared to what you actually find
using a word search. :eek:

there is nothing to verify any data, in the bible, only what you can imagine.
that site above does exactly the same thing as your word search. it will even check different bibles. for instance there are no demon/demons in the King James Version according to that site.
however in the New American Standard theres 28 references to demon and 42 to demons 70 in total. that says a lot about the fundis in america dont you think.

OOOH!! cool, that's a new one. I usually don't search just a word in the buybull, I search for great stories of immoralities in the doctrine that supposed to teach morals. :D

People really don't read their bible. And they should. ;)
