Wolf in the sheep pen

He has no business near children. He should be in jail.

I agree, at some point we as a society need to decide whether we want to spend more money building more jails or change our drug laws such that the non-violent can be released so that the child molester doesn't go free. Or kill em, but that has a whole host of other issues to deal with.

Child molesters are scum. Their recitivism rate is astonishing. They are maggots of society who should fry. I support the death penalty for this. There is NO reason to let a man go free and on with his life after he has totally f-d up an innocent child mentally/spiritually/emotionally/physically for life.

I agree for the most part, the only part that is challenging is making sure you are killing an innocent man. There are cases where men have been wrongly or falsely accused and this is a different issue to me then what to do with those who we are sure are guilty.

The problem is being so sure.

When we have video, DNA, and confessions we need no more. Fry em. Slowly.

I think there will be cases where it is absolutely clear but many that we are not.

This is the issue. In those cases, if we fry em, and they were innocent, are we then not worse or at least as bad ?

It's something that society will have to come to terms with and make some hard choices.

i didnt understand that.

What's there not to understand. You said he has done his time.

My question is, if it were your 11 year old who was molested, would 5 years be enough ?

It's not a question of whether he did his time, it's a question of are the sentences too light.

Fry em anyway. Very seldom does an innocent person fry.

i was going to fix that because i didnt see the 'your' in your response. i was simply saying that that was the sentence he received.
