Will this go to the SC, or is this just Politics?

Perhaps, an underlying intent of these legislations was to force a revisiting of roe v wade
ergo
most likely: Yes
At least one of these laws will go to the supreme court.
With nine different statutes to choose from, strategy becomes important.

Alabama seems most likely to be an easy win, but might not address Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio, nor Missouri.

another Missouri compromise on the way?

makes me wonder how a small city would run if it were completely populated with climate change denier anti-meto anti womens march anti abortion anti LGBTQ+ rights

sounds like one of those over seas war-lord religious extremist country's.

It's just politics, and it is intended to go to the SC. Both.
I don't know. Is that written into the anti-abortion bill?
The Republicans don't really know what's written into their bills - that's a liberal concern.
