Perhaps, an underlying intent of these legislations was to force a revisiting of roe v wade

With nine different statutes to choose from, strategy becomes important.
Alabama seems most likely to be an easy win, but might not address Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio, nor Missouri.
