Why does vomit, feces and urine smell so bad?

I have been having vomiting attacks almost nonstop for the last 6 months.

I cannot go to work because I am afraid that I will vomit inside the building I working in causing a foul-smelling mess and someone will have to clean after me and I don't want someone having to clean that after me.

I cannot drive a car because then I am afraid that I will have to vomit while driving the car, losing control of the car and crashing possibly resulting in my death. I also do not want to vomit on my clothes while in the car because my vomit has a very bad smell.

So I wonder, what can I do in order that these things will not smell so awful as they are now?

If I had to guess it can either be bad food or simply inflammation or infection. The cause can also be mental/psychological. I don't know the exact cause but I can run some checkups.

Same reason why you need a face mask when doing Kjeldahl. Products of proteolysis stink. As do some products of lipolysis. Then add products of microbial degradation and you're in poolandia
 
I'd imagine the human body evolved to dislike these bodily smells so that you don't eat or drink them... Any Neanderthal that likes the smell of shit and eats it everyday is going to die off and thus purify the genetics on the planet.

Exactly. It isn't as though these things have an objectively bad smell to them. Rotting corpses give off scents that smell objectionable to virtually all humans. They obviously smell quite good to animals that eat carrion.
 
If its bad its bad aside from the fact that we do, in fact, often times like the smells of things that are bad and we dont like the smells of some things that are good. Take an ole piece of cheeses as an example.

Agreed, with absolute certainty.

Dead bodies and excrement out - gas putricine, cadaverine, hydrogen sulfide, scatole (from whence we get the word "scat") and ammonia. We associate those with excrement and dead bodies, both of which can harbour disease organisms, thus we have evolved to avoid them. Nausea has the smell of digestive acids and enzymes - stomach contents. Since nausea is also associated with disease we have also evolved an aversion to being around vomitus.
 
See a doctor, even if they can't imiditally identify the cause and do something about it, there are various anti nausea and vomiting drugs like maxalon and stemital
 
Constant vomiting can actually cause life-threatening stomach ruptures. Take it seriously.

That's certainly the faster danger...could kill him much more immediately.

But if it's been going on for six months, esophageal damage is a big and possibly dangerous possibility as well...the esophagus has big blood vessels running through it. If one ruptures badly enough, you can bleed to death internally.

Either way, the OP needs to go to a doctor immediately, this could kill him.

I'm surprised he hasn't collapsed in public already, frankly.
 
I don't know about that, after all belimics live for years before dying from kidney and liver failure. Patients reviving chemo are also highly succeptible to long term vomiting. I'm not saying it wont do damage (it will destroy teeth for instance) but its the salts, the bodies pH levels and dehydration which would concern me if he was my patient. Either way I would have him on a drip with a dose of maxalon to start with and long term oral stemitel maybe
