back hole=taking out matter
white hole=putting back matter

So from our prospective, secne we have only detected black holes, then from my theory we can extract that our universe has more matter in it than adjasent unierses. And to the other universes there would not be a black hole taking in matter, there would be a white hole spuing out the matter collected from our universe.

Its like a baloon, blow it up, say that the air you put into it is matter then let it go. My theory, so far atleast, ive only had 10min to think about it after reading this then going to the bathroom. Thx 4 the question though

Hello Rian,

As I explained a few days back, there is NO such thing as a white hole. That's just a figment of imagination based on the fact that black holes exist. So someone said, well if there are black holes then there must be the opposite - white holes.

Nope, not true - just false imagination. There's absolutely no physical law/logic or reason for such a thing to exist. Some people just want them to, that's all.
 
Well as i said, i only had like 10min to tink about it. Well pls chek out my thread on black hole travel, so far thats what i like. And it would be cool if it was true, im a optomist

Black hole travel, eh? ;) Well, first we'll have to find one close enough and then come the really hard part - finding someone stupid enough to try! :D A probe wouldn't do because even if it DID go 'through' we'd never know it because it couldn't talk to us nor would it have enough smarts to try and find a way back.

So I think that little idea is just going to set on the shelf for centuries and perhaps forever.
 
I think the gateway and black hole-big bang speculation is a good one. The energy black holes absorb is probably expelled into another universe.
 
i like my pressure theory because i think it gives way to black hole travel. No suer gravity singularity, more of a hole in a baloon

I would like to disagree. We have not directly observed a black hole because black holes are... well, black. We can only assume that certain orbital references of stars round areas of spacetime which have no evidence of a massive star of group of galaxies would hold such a black hole to answer for the phenomenon... Don't get me wrong here, i believe black holes exist, but let us not also forget, we have no photograph directly observing a black hole.

At the same time, there's no photograph taken of a black cat on a dark night that shows a cat, either. But it's still recognizible against a partially-lit background or surroundings.;)
