Everyone elses but your own it would seem. They are all corrupt and can be

The english legal system isn't bad, if you look at it on a macro-level
its shit!! its so bad, we cannot catch a criminal if they stood in front of us and slapped our faces

I think England has the best system. Its one of the governments where people, including the prime minister, get together and yell at eachother. lol "YEA!!!!!!" "NAI!!!!!" "AHHHHH!!!!!" You couldn't get Bush in a room with the rest of his cabinet at once and have them yell at eachother.
