Cases like that have been happening for ages. If you're an American, you probably know about the the infamous cutting of Lorena Bobbitt. She was a battered woman who, one night, cut her husband's entire penis off with a kitchen knife while he was sleeping his bed. She drove away in a car and threw it out the window into some ditch. That was about fifteen years ago.
Amazingly, his penis was later found and successfully reattached. As I understand it, he went on to become some kind of a pornography model or actor.

There may be some mental illness overlap I agree. But, the neo-Nazi's and Muslims needn't be mentally ill to harm other people. Other than being brainwashed for most of their lifetime to be intolerant of non-Whites or non-Muslims. Both the neo-Nazis and the Muslims targeted these other people specifically because they were not of the same in-group. They didn't see these as fellow humans but as non-Whites and as non-Muslims. For this reason along they targeted that poor women and those innocent Thai children and tried to murder them.

To this day, there has been a nearly total lack of acknowledgement and repentence regarding Unit 731 and the people involved.
Even worse, the butchering pig who was in charge of Unit 731... Dr. Shiro Ishii... was postumously given an official commendation and title by the Japanese government in 1978 -- more than 30 years AFTER the end of WWII and AFTER quite a bit of information regarding Unit 731 had already been made known to high ranking officials within the Japanese government. Far from villifying him as the horrible murderous bastard that he was, the Japs instead held Ishii up as some sort of paragon. The idea is that if you don't take responsibility for the women, it means you respect them more. So several one night stands are indicative of respect for women but marrying four of them means that you think they are less deserving of being treated as humans.
