I think what you are trying to ask is "When will a computer be able to beat a human at the game of Go" The answer is... probably not for a while. Computers are now probably equally matched with humans at the game of Chess and will probably beat us soon. However, the game tree for the game of Go is a LOT wider and goes a lot deeper. I suspect sometime in the future we will "complete" the game tree for Chess. That is, we will solve chess. To solve chess means that no matter what move the human starts off with, the computer can trace the game all the way to the end and plot either a win or a tie. At this point there will be point in playing a computer in Chess. Go is a MUCH better game to exploit the strengths of the human mind.
