whats with all the shoes in the road?

i mean do some people just go nuts and throw their shoes out the window? could it be the work of some psyco tossing shoes around willy nilly? is there some message in all of this?:confused:
 
LOL, it's the same with odd socks or sometimes odd gloves. :p
