In my constant search for something to relieve the boredom, i read our local TV guide the other day.
This is what i found for Wednesday, Sep 11. (we only get two commercial channels up here)
(abbreviated version of program guide)
first channel :
6:30pm : one hour Sep 11 special.
7:30pm : How the Twin Towers Collapsed.
8:30pm : two hours of film footage of the strikes filmed by a couple of French filmakers.
10:30pm : "Sep 11. We Remember"
second channel :
7:30pm : Flight 93 - countdown to terror (the one that didn't make it)
8:30pm : "one year on..."
10:30pm : "ground zero" (twin towers)
12.00pm : the world remembers... nightline sep 11 special.
hang on... WHICH country do i live in again? Does this "commemoration" of an american event HERE bother anyone else out there?
