What are your thoughts on this?


A super kidney for only 259 thousand... not bad... an it wont take long for prices to come down... mayb get a heart-lung special for 750 thousand.!!!

Not real, though. A big clue is the fact that the surgery required would kill you, or leave you crippled.

The surgery isn't the issue -- procedures can always be changed to accommodate new technological advancements.
There are too many biological reasons why these wouldn't work, you would have to explain them one by one and I don't want to take the time to do that.
