My cure for the average headache is rather simple and you carry it with you where ever you go. It will not work for a migrane or for something like smoking too much or being hit on the head. How is it done?
Easy. First let me explain, you have a lot of nerve endings in the web of your nose. Right between the eyebrows, where your nose starts is a bit of loose skin. Lean your head back. Take the thumb and the first finger and touch them together at the first joint so that there is a vee made between where they touch and the ends of the fingers. Lightly press them to the web. Leave them there for about 3 to 4 minutes. After this time remove them. If it is a regular headache it will be gone so fast that you will have to look to see if it is still there. To see if you have done it right you can try this without a headache. When you remove the fingers, for just a split second you will feel lightheaded. Yes, it works.
