I'm writing a short story, and if it is to remain factually correct, I need an answer to a question.

Are there any vultures in very cold, snowy places (Artic, Greenland, Canada, North America, etc.)?

We have turkey vultures here in lower latitude (49-50th parallel) BC, Canada. Lots, actually.
