Ukraine bridge monster

What the hell?

Saw this on the Travel Channel show "Strange Evidence" tonight. Explanations put forward: military special ops wiring explosives to the bridge. Except the bridge never blew up. Next, daredevil kids in Ukraine who like to climb high structures and film it on their cellphones. Really? Crawling upside down underneath a bridge? What human can do that? Maybe an ape. An escaped ape? Perhaps, but the close up reveals a creature of only 3 limbs and no visible head. Definitely puts it in the preternatural category for me. What do you think it is?

It looks pretty cray-cray at first but as you watch it a few times it makes a lot more sense.

Watch it starting at about 1:19 where it is close-up and slo-mo, you see that that it definitely has four limbs and is quite human. In one frame you can even see the shoes on his feet. He is shimmying along a wire.

Agree, it sure looks bizarre, but that's mostly because of the poor shooting conditions.

Looks like a man crawling along a wire upside-down.

Tellingly, the video cuts out at exactly the point where he moves into the light. The danger, of course, would be that if we were given a clear look at him, we'd instantly recognise that it is an ordinary person. That would be bad for the video poster's "merchandise" business, that he advertises along with the video.

moves like an orangutan or chimp

though chimps would tend to just keep going until hey got to the other side.
more like an orangutan as it stops to look around and contemplate things

correction
looking at the close up
its a human
possibly with some type of foot clamps on running on the steel girder.
wearing a small back pack.
the light flare around them at the end is digitally added.
