Checked it out. On closer analysis, there is a definite distortion to the sky in an early frame. Part of the cloud that the UFO zips in front of gets a little blurry, but snaps right back to clarity. The erratic flight suggests that the pilot is snorting Plutonium Niborg. The constant zooming in and out of the lens is far from natural for a cameraman who is trying to get good footage of something. It looks like faked panic. I'm not convinced, but so what?
