Toxic Toothpaste in USA

I doubt it. Too much of our manufacturing capacity has been lost. Where's the FDA?

The Panamanian government last year inadvertently mixed the poison made in China into 260,000 bottles of cold medicine, killing at least 100 people, prosecutors there said.

In that case, Chinese regulators acknowledged on Thursday that two companies in China had “engaged in some misconduct” in the way they labeled and sold the diethylene glycol, but they said a Panamanian importer bore most of the blame.

Last month, after publicity over the poisoning deaths from the cold medicine, a consumer in Panama noticed that toothpaste in a store listed diethylene glycol as an ingredient and notified the authorities. Eventually it was traced to China, and since then countries around the world have been on the lookout for the product.

I have NOTHING in any of my homes from China. I purposely will not buy anything from there. I haven't for years. Most of my stuff is from Italy.
And I will pay more to avoid anything from China.

The FDA found it and issued warnings, along with the brand names. They have issued warnings about that same chemical in the past.

Well, not necessarily. I'm no big shot and I avoid all their products - especially foods! Most of the rest because it's cheaply made and it's better in the long run to buy items from elsewhere because they last so much longer. Buying cheap, shoddy stuff is actually more expensive in the long run - regardless of where it's made.
 
Nah. They do the jobs that some companies WON'T pay fellow Americans ENOUGH to do. Just like the illegal aliens.:(
 
I call them illegal aliens because that's what they are. Actually they're criminal aliens because they broke our laws to get here and they continue breaking our laws while they're here. :(
 
yea but they are not from another planet.i hate them over here basicly they come they get a three house and i rember some people who moved there had cable fitted and evrything :mad: that got me mad espicaly when were piking up the tab for it
 
Alien doesn't just mean from another planet. It also means foreigner: a person who comes from a foreign country; someone who does not owe allegiance to your country...

The term illegal alien describes foreign nationals who have entered the country illegally.
