James R.,
Let me first say I cannot attest to the qualifications of the persons involved but I have run across the "Journal of Theoretics".
It is purportedly a "Peer Review Journal" for new concepts.
One of the "Peer Group" a Dr. Siepmann has written several papers on "Time"
I just saw a topic here a few minutes ago about "Time being an illusion". It seems to have vanished. I can only suspect that it was booted.
At the same time, I would ask you to go to the following link and check out what is being said by other scientist (at least they give the impression they are scientist).

click "Home Page"
"Article Archive"
"Time as a Stream of Change"
Also
"Absolute Time"
I have a print out of anotherone that is entitled "Why Time does not Exist", Vol3-1, that I didn't see there tonight.
Since "Time as a Stream of Change", is my UniKEF view. I am interested as to the crediability of this journal and if it has any crediability why the earlier mentioned topic should have been booted.
Or would it not have been better to have been placed in an "Alternative Concept" catagory?
UPDATE: Sorry found the topic I thought had been booted. But would still like your response regarding the Journal.
The Time is an Illusion string does seemed to have gone astray of any scientific discussion.
Thanks.
