The world no longer respect Christianity

Money. Evidently the airline had a policy against their employees wearing religious symbols, probably not to offend the passengers. Not that Christianity should be respected, but we should respect people's religious freedom.

Who cares it did not respect in the past , atheist don't respect now and in the future will be even worse. The important part is the individual himself ,in what he believes , The individual who is a joiner , he does not have a principle , just like many scientists ...me to

Atheists do tend to respect religious freedom, since it is that freedom which allows them to be open about their atheism.

Where is the discrimination? Are Muslims, Zoroastrians and Druids allowed to wear symbols of their respective religions visibly on, or outside of their uniforms? Are they allowed to refuse services to groups whom their respective religions reject?
If only Christians are prevented from doing these things, then they're discriminated-against. On the other hand, if Christians are the only ones doing these things, against stated official policy, then they're simply held to the same rules and standards as all other employees.

BTW, the world never respected Christianity. Feared it, yes. Maybe we're fearing it less now, so the disrespect shows up more.
