The Unit electic charge?

Is it possible that the magnitude of the unit electrical charge is related to the resonate properties Shadows associates with mass and energy.

This possibility it explored in Chapter 13 where it is shown that

“The magnitude of the unit electrical charge of a proton or electron is related to the interaction of vortexes with the resonate properties Shadows associates with the matter and energy field components of the mattercule defined in Chapter 2, the constancy of the speed of light derived in Chapter 3 and the repulsive properties of similar electrical charges.

Without more context, what you have posted is meaningless.

What is a mattercule? Vortices in what medium? Vortices like cyclones?
