The sun is a light generating sphere, but the photons traveling the near vacuum of space are not hot. We only feel the heat from friction of the sun's rays as they pass particles within the space-time curvature around the planet.

It is like the effect certain waves that agitate certain kinds of molecules, just like how microwaves agitate H2O molecules to heat food. But placing a ceramic figurine in the microwave will not make it hot.

The sun waves induce rotation of my body water and other molecules which are polar to rotate and as they rotate they finally will increase kinetic energy and I will feel an increase in temperature , which will indicate energy have been transferred from the sun into my body.

We think about the outer space as vacuum , but this is not true , there are atoms and molecules in the space and they absorb energy from the sun . I assume if there would be a true vacuum the far removed planets would absorb energy from the sun and might not be as cold.

No. The density of the interplanetary medium in the vicinity of the Earth is 5 particles per cc. Even if this were constant as you move out from the Sun (it isn't, it decreases), The amount of material between Pluto and the Sun works out to being the equivalent of a layer of air at STP only 4 one millionths of a centimeter thick.

The reason outer planets are cold is that radiation intensity drops of by the square of the distance. Thus with Pluto being some 29 time further from the Sun, Each square meter of its surface only receives 1/841 the amount of light as the Earth does.

The average surface temp of the Earth is ~15C, however 33 degrees of that is due to the green house effect, and if we were to remove that, its would be -18C or 255K. So you imagine how cold something that only gets 1/841 the amount of heating from the Sun can get.

They do absorb energy from the sun and get warmer. Then they radiate it away and get colder.

Photons are not themselves hot. They have no mass.
They carry energy which will make other things hotter if they strike it.
They can't make space very hot as there is almost nothing to make contact with.

There is, at a stretch, something in the OP, but not as it is stated.
