No, it is a right that you are granted at birth
The right to challenge social and moral institutions and point out flaws in man's systems is an innate characteristic that we have due to the development of modern forms of government.

I see no reason for anybody to think that the church is the only group of people that should allow such a genuinely basic right.

I dissent because my government allows me too, and because as a human I was born with a brain that allows me to put the shit up to the mirror in our society. Things are never perfect, the world changes rapidly, therefore, I am a dissident.
