Amber Frey, the mistress to Scott Peterson who is now accused of killing his wife, Laci, and their unborn child, told ABCNews that Scott portayed himself as a bachelor and that she was "very sorry for the pain" the affair had caused Laci Peterson's family. Recently, she has spoken out again telling the media that she would like to be left alone. She has refused any money from tabloids and from the press to sell her story to the media; however, they continue to harass her until, it seems, they are just bored with the story and the trial has reached a conclusion. In this respect, I think that she should be entitled to sue the media for harassment. She should be able to get financial compensation from those media sources that continue to take photos of her maintaining her daily activities. What do you think?
