The truth is, that people who eat garlic on a daily basis are usually much more healthy than those that don't, because garlic wipes out bacteria, viruses, and fungi!

So eat your garlic!

Yeah garlic is pretty amazing. Hot peppers and onions also have some pretty amazing properties. Every time I get a cold I eat tons of Garlic, and it really seems to help the cold pass faster. Onions help break up mucus in the lungs, making coughs more productive. Spicy peppers help loosen up mucus in the nasal passage and make breathing easier. Large amounts of garlic can seriously irritate stomach lining though, so ya gotta be careful eating large amounts of it.
