None of that has anything to do with pheromones. In the case of allergies, it's simply pollen and the individual's immune system's reaction to it.
As to the second part, it depends on what you consider "release" to be. If you are thinking of some substance being freely and naturally emitted into the air, the answer is no. But it should be obvious that chewing on certain plants - like members of the nightshade family - releases strong toxins that can easily kill.
In fact, there are a few decorative house plants that should be left alone and kept out of the reach of toddlers.
