Just more challenging to come up with and properly market the right names.
What you need to do is a.) pick up on new trends fast enough to buy the names before someone else does or b.) pick a clever name, and market your site to MAKE it worth something.
Again, like Real Estate...
You can buy a house in a neighborhood that will increase in property value, you can buy a house in the right neighborhood and fix it up or c.) you can be a developer and buy lots of peoperty in a crap neighborhood and make the whole neighborhood more desirable.
