The color is a Sequence of the time. The Time is retained by the brain, each brain has recorded a Time. The brain keeps what they feel all our senses: (what you hear with ear, the taste of what you eat, what it feels like to the touch, that smell with your nose and what you see with the eyes).

All the time he is saved by the brain and by your senses.

Conclusion: The wave is a touch and the wave touch the electronics not to the eye.

Time moves the color. And the eye sees the time.
 
I have to disagree, the eye is an antenna of a sort. It is a directional antenna that collects certain wavelengths of electromagnetic radiataion and converts the signals into electrical impulses. How is that not an antenna?

It must be that the bosons and the cones are antennas. And each boson and each cone has a cable made of cells, to move the wave towards the brain.
 

And where are the cables that connect the brain each Photoreceptor cell?

There are 150 million of Photoreceptor cell, then there are 150 million of cable (where are they?).

I think that scientists are speculating. Why not connect a TV behind the eye?

Technically yes, color is a function of the frequency of the radiation, which is described as the number of waves which pass a given plane in space per second. You aren't saying anything new.

There aren't 150 million cables, but there are about 1.3 million retinal ganglion cells forming the optic nerve transmitting information to the brain.
It may take a hundred activated photo receptors to fire a ganglion, or just one. It depends upon the amount of light available.

Even though the eye does work a bit like a camera, the brain does not see a camera image.
There is too much data for the brain to process.
Visual tests will show you that the brain uses some data and ignores other data,
so that ideally the image it sees has the greatest amount of useful information.
Sometimes the brain is fooled, as shown by optical illusions.

Regarding using the eye as a TV camera, ordinary video cameras now have more pixels on their CCDs than a human eye has ganglions.

What do you suppose the optic nerve does?

Have proven what the eye there are energy because the photons are energy, but is not tested in the eye there are waves of color.

A retina does not move waves. It has not been proven...

That's why I used the words data and information, not light.
Nobody disputes what you are saying.

Compare it to a camcorder. A modern camcorder has about 2 million pixels. Where are the 2 million wires that connect your camcorder to your TV?

That's a philosophical question. I don't know the answer.
The eye collects light rays and produces data about them, which is electrically sent to the brain.
I can't see how you can argue from that to the existence of colour.
How do you know that it isn't something imagined by the brain in response to the stimulus sent to it from the eyes?.
