Life is a Catch88 that is the Supreme Comedy.
After practicing with an unprecedented standard of excellence
as an MD anesthesiologist for over 25years
I can say with absolutely no reservation
that the operations and drugs of the medical profession
make it such a phenomenally putrid,decadent and degenerate RACKET
that in a Catch88 the MD profession
makes the organized-crime of prostitution
gambling and drugs look not only respectable
but also saintly, pristine and pure,
and the Supreme Comedy is that the Catch88
makes certain that it stays that way.
But don't feel bad if you don't get this Catch88 joke
because everybody that is killing each other
and/or dying for some fornicating cause
or planning to go to some fornicating heaven or sublime hell
or is being poisoned or butchered to death for their health
also don't get the Joke
and that is why this Catch88
is the Supreme Comedy.
